They are an auction facility and days when there is an auction they shut down uhaul without notice. Also had reserved a 6x12 trailer and arrived 20 minutes s before pick up time and they had my reserved trailer hooked up to a walk in and they knew it was reserved by the conversation they were having then tried to play it off.

My pickup was booked for 9:00am but the location did not open until 10am. Also, UHaul changed my pickup location 3 times from Thursday to Saturday
