The truck is poorly maintained, upon starting the truck and turning on the air conditioner, it started pouring exhaust into the car. I took the car anyways because there was no other option. The truck was obviously very slow and sounded like it had an exhaust leak. After I finished my move, I went out to the truck and it was dead. AAA came out after an hour wait and confirmed that the battery was not only extremely old, but also leaking battery acid. On top of that they also confirmed that the alternator was bad and that this truck was going to continue to die on people.

The econoline van would not start and had to have roadside service twice in less than 24 hours. The first time he said it was the battery and to leave the engine running for an hour, so I sat in the vehicle with the engine running at 8pm. The next morning same issue the vehicle would not start. Roadside service again said it was battery and he’d replace it. I asked him to dig deeper and he determined it was a faulty starter. I have the vehicle loaded so he suggested I just not turn the engine off. So that’s what I did. I’ve never rented from U-Haul; this was a bad experience.
ANN HThe app didn't show me how to do mobile pick up. When I entered the store at 9:05am, I had to walk through a plume of pot smoke. It gives me very little confidence when the employees are high, especially in the morning.
