Picked up truck and told the Postal Annex employee that one of the tires looked like it was flat. Was told to call U-Haul help line or to nearest gas station, even though truck was still in its parking spot. Took it to gas station and filled front left with air and noticed a nail in tire. Then took the truck to America's Tire where they said they thought would check to see if they could fix it. During their check the showed me the condition of the front right tire. The tire was worn down to the wear bars and had a nail in the tire. It was worn down so low, they wouldn't let the vehicle leave if as it wasn't safe. Then spent 3 hours dealing with Roadside Assistance who eventually came and gave me two new front tires. I can see how someone may have missed the front left being flat it was a slow leak. But a front right tire that is so low on tread that the tire shop doesn't think it is even safe to leave the lot. Very disappointed and I think you should be ashamed of this level of service.
Paramjeet GTrailer was dirty. White residue from either cement or sheet rock. Had to sweep out Trailer before using and lay down blankets.
Michael HThe truck could’ve used a wash because the windows were dirty but other than that it was brand new and in great condition and the staff at the postal annex was fantastic. Could not check it in remotely though. Kept getting an error that it couldn’t verify me
Peter STruck was out of gas and would not start. There was only one person at the location and he could not help so he told me that if I still wanted the truck that I had to go to the gas station and purchase a gas can and gas. I did and the truck still would not start. The only truck he had was 10 feet. I was forced to take that one and make several trips. I was told that he spoke to the manager and they would reimburse me for the gas can and the gas. When I returned the truck, there was no one there. Never heard from anyone. Terrible experience and very stressfull.
