U-Haul almost screwed me over. I ordered a U-Haul to be picked up in Walnut Creek. When i arrived the receptionist said that U-Haul changed the pickup location to Pittsburg, 40 minutes away. I received absolutely no update in the form of email or text so i had to rent a van for $0.30 more per mile. Update your stupid system to notify people like any decent fucking company would do.
