The econoline van would not start and had to have roadside service twice in less than 24 hours. The first time he said it was the battery and to leave the engine running for an hour, so I sat in the vehicle with the engine running at 8pm. The next morning same issue the vehicle would not start. Roadside service again said it was battery and he’d replace it. I asked him to dig deeper and he determined it was a faulty starter. I have the vehicle loaded so he suggested I just not turn the engine off. So that’s what I did. I’ve never rented from U-Haul; this was a bad experience.

The app didn't show me how to do mobile pick up. When I entered the store at 9:05am, I had to walk through a plume of pot smoke. It gives me very little confidence when the employees are high, especially in the morning.

CHERYL SGot charged cleaning fee from what previous renters left. Surprised they didn’t get charged. I got charged wrongfully and overdrafted my bank account. Very unprofessional. Demand a full refund to recover my over draft fees.
JUSTINA BThe location is small and I like that, but it does limit amenities. The staff is great and the girl who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The van was well maintained, clean on the inside, but very dirty on the outside. Windshield was dirty, but I don't know how they can do better at such a small Satellite store. I am just glad that you have it.
