It all started with a young lady who took a great deal of time getting all the info into the computer and then had to leave. Another person came in to finish the reservation and had to start all over. My time is also important especially since I was trying to load up and travel over 500 miles BUT that wasn't the worst part....I told both representatives that I wanted the only 5' X 8' they had left on the lot AND that I would pick it up the next morning BUT not only were they going to charge me for that day the second person had down and tried to get me to take a 4' X 8' trailer....

I live 9 miles from this drop off location, my car was back in NY state, so I had to hitch a ride to get to my place where we are moving to....they told me they do not offer rides for customers returning trucks to get home.
Robert VCheck out process was very slow due to ipad and internet connections.
