5 Stars. My Go-to truck rental. There are other rentals near by, but these guys make it a nice experience. Jason was friendly and helpful. Van was filled up and ready to go. The U-Haul app is nice and easy to use. I extended a few times with no problems. I will definitely rent from here again.

TAYLOR RThe online system doesn't work. It wouldn't generate a receipt showing what I ordered at pickup, I could not submit pictures of the vehicle and it would not confirm my location at drop off.
Nathaniel BI rented a 15 ft and I got a 12ft, when I realised that it was too late I was at the loading place so I could not come back, neither load the full furniture, and I will need to come back next week causing extra cost and time. The truck was very old and compared to other company I used in the past. The shop did not let me through in the waste a few packaging materials Ian’s I had to put everything in my car… The shop did not take any liability on the truck dimension neither in the rest they referred to U-Haul as a separate entity which they have nothing to deal with, which I found very odd and unprofessional
