It was closed when I dropped off the vehicle. I was told it would be open until 5 pm. The drop off process was frustrating. I put more gas than what was needed and the agent confirmed this, yet the process told me I needed to pay for gas. My entire experience ended up making a stressful experience far more stressful. I strongly consider providing customer support training for your staff.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen picking up the trailer there were 2 other trailers blocking and had to be moved, before being able to pick up the trailer that was reserved. This took about 15-20 minutes. The trailer was returned the same day after closing and I was charged an additional day.
