Super nice staff at Watson’s Home Center in Warwick, NY. They had the last 6’ x 12’ trailer in 30 miles and didn’t bat an eye when I came in 5 minutes till closing. Will be going here again just be there earlier.
MICHAEL TThe truck looked fine when I picked it up. But it broke down half way through the trip. It was over 2 hours till I was back on my way. Because I arrived late, I had to pay the people waiting to unload the truck extra for waiting for the 2 hours. The mechanic detemined it was a computer error and was able to reset the computer. It seems from info online, there was a recall for this problem on this series of trucks. I would think U Haul would have had this taken care of at heat time. I thought U Haul might contact me to offer something for my losses due to the truck breaking down, but nothing yet, so I guess I'll have to contact them.
ROBERT SWadeson is our nearby hardware store, they are terrific at serving the local community. They always do a great job and jump thru hoops to accommodate us when we require any Uhaul products.
