I have rented from a number of U-Haul locations and I can say this experience was one of the best. The staff at Wadeson was courteous, professional and efficient. This was my first experience renting a trailer, having recently had U-Haul at another location install a trailer hitch on my car. The staff member who processed my rental hooked up the trailer to my car, performed a brake and turn signal test, and ensured that I was all set to go. When I returned the trailer, the staff member who assisted me in unhitching the trailer was equally courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Wadeson to anyone who needs to rent a U-Haul truck or trailer.

FAUSTO LI never drove a truck before in my life. The owner at my pick up spot walked me through the process before time because my daughter and I had to pick up our rental after hours. Everything went very smooth for someone who never did this on their own before. The app was user friendly with clear cut directions. The truck was clean and ran very well. I did not encounter any problems so was totally satisfied with the overall experience.
