POKU MThe trailer was advertised as a 6x12 trailer which is what we needed. We picked it up drove 20 minutes home only to find that because it was an old model the actual lift gate opening was 5’4” so we could not fit our utility vehicle in it. We returned it promptly 20 minutes later but were told it was our responsibility to check the size before we left and that once it leaves the property there is no refund. So we wound up paying the entire rental fee on a trailer we had for less then an hour. The service person was accommodating at all. This will be the last time we use your services!
