Very hard place to get to, not the best service

Took 30 minutes from scheduled pickup time to get the U-Haul. Apparently they had overbooked so they had to “clean” the truck first and then misplaced the keys. Yet the truck was still not clean and the side view mirror was messed up so it was hard to move or position it to be used. I had also called prior to pick up to 1. Confirm order and 2. Ask about how/if I could add a driver to the registration that morning and the guy how answered was very short and rude. Overall not the best experience this time around.

Service wasn't great, nobody knew what was going on and there was one person checking out customers all afternoon.

The staff was friendly and patient. I didn’t have all the information at hand when I was at the front register. The staff didn’t rush me as I was waiting on receiving my plate number for the vehicle I was towing. Thank you.

I made a reservation online for the truck I rented. While not everything seemed to show up on what was displayed on the for the most part it was complete and correct. The representative that helped me, Aquina, was very competent and professional and extremely courteous not only with me, but to other customers as well. She answered all my questions and made sure that I was ready to go out the door.

Give customers the equipment they paid for. Not charge them for the items they never received. Provide better customer service.

BIG COMPLAINT - Key got stuck in the ignition and I was in the parking lot for 45 minutes dropping the truck off after hours, so there was no one to help me get it out. It was getting stuck in the ignition the whole time we had the truck, but this time it wouldn't come out even when we were trying all of the common tricks, ie moving the wheel around.

I could not tell where to drop truck off at this U-Haul location. I went where the other trucks were and a lady there said it was fine. She said to go in front office to let them know. After I waited for almost 30 minutes with one lady behind the counter. She told me that I had to go get the truck and drop it off at another entrance. I left went to the back where I had dropped the truck off and a guy there said that the other entrance was closed. So then he took my keys. And I had to go back to the front office and she said I could leave and they would email the receipt to me. The lady in the front office was very unprofessional and actually rude. I would never rent a U-Haul again if I had to deal with this location. The only person at the counter in front of me was another uhaul worker. The customer service was the worst I have ever seen.

I just waited around too long and there's poor communication between staff members which slowed processes even more. Also, there's some shoddy gas recording going on

-The van kept telling me that the air pressure was low, and the message remained after filling the tires up. -The van was at 1/8 of a tank of gas when I picked it up - it was frustrating to have to get gas first.

There was broken glass in the truck. We had to clean it out. Which got our work started late And in turn made my returning of the truck late as well.

Vehicle was great. Lines were long for pick up, but rental return was easy. Overall good experience!

Customer service agent had an attitude problem towards customer. I understand that representatives deal with a variety of customers, some interactions can be quite challenging. Upon arrival I behaved in a very respectful manner towards all employees, yet the customer agent was venting her prior frustration on to me and had a very inadequate actitude to the point that I had to intervene and assert that I was not going to tolerate bad customer service and a very poor attitude towards me. Had used this location for renting vehicles in the past seven years and this was my first poor interaction with a representative at the location. Other personnel with whom I interacting during pick up and drop of extended great customer service.

From getting boxes the day before to renting and returning the truck, the UHaul staff were terrific! Thank you for helping me with my move.

We delivered our rig some 30 minutes after store closing. That did not deter two employees who were tidying up the parking area from coming over and helping us with the moving and parking of the trailer and truck we were returning. Very courteous and friendly. Definitely customer service at its best!

There was no one in line but people at the counter forced me to use the website to check myself through. They could have checked me in much more quickly.

Customer service was very poor. All employees were rude and made you seem that you were a bother to them. I like U-Haul but I will never be back to this location!

I tried to check in with my mobile device and ended up having to stand in line for 20 minutes

I attempted to use the mobile pick up app to pick up my truck. I’d been assigned a vehicle, had checked it for damage, verified by ID when UHual personnel on the app, and then I had to wait 15 mins to pick up keys at the front desk instead of from an individual secured box like shown on the website. By the time I got to the front desk I learned the truck I had been in the process of checking out had been giving to someone else while I was waiting. The woman at the desk was helpful in securing another truck but the store’s computer system did not appear to be synched up with the mobile check out system and showed no evidence of what i’d been doing online. The staff at the store were all very helpful in making things work but it appears your company as a whole need to re-evaluated and correct the mobile check out process with your stores if you desire it to be helpful.

Charged a $25 dollar cleaning fee for something that would take five minutes to clean up.
