Incompetent. Two rentals in a row and the South Capitol location messed up my billing charging me $50 more than they should have. They charged me for a dolly that I didn't use. (The dolly was on the floor in the truck when I was handed the keys) They charged me for an extra day that I didn't rent. (I returned the car overnight on the same day) It's incredibly frustrating that customers should have to waste their time writing and calling in to fix these issues.

if there are 3 employees at the front desk and 1 employee assisting a customer, acknowledge the the customer waiting or tell them you will be with them instead of focusing on the computer screen and ignoring the fact that a customer is standing there waiting to be serviced. Otherwise, the customer service was great by both reps who registered me both days and the 2 male employees in the garage provide great service both days as well.

This really is happening too much that I have to keep writing in about the incredibly annoying clerical mistakes that are being made at this Uhaul location. The staff was great at pick-up, but I had to call in and email multiple times to the GM regarding the billing at the back-end. I drove the vehicle 9 miles, as was noted on the emailed bill the next day. However, the gas, which was unchanged when I turned it in, said I used 1/4 tank, which is both impossible, and not what it was after I picked up the vehicle. It was an additional $70 in charges that I had to waste valuable time to call and fix. Why does this keep happening Uhaul? It seems that every 2-3 rentals a big mistake like this happens causing your customers anguish that they have to waste their time to fix.

Huge shout out to the staff at this location. I have been to so many uhaul locations where the service is slow and disorganized and downright unpleasant. Everything the staff did at this location was stellar!

I’ve rented from UHaul many times and always have pretty good service. The team working today was OUTSTANDING. Everyone from start to finish at the Nats Park location was cheerful and patient. But the team at the front desk today deserve to be singled out. They went above and beyond to provide great service. I didn’t catch their names but there were two women working around noon when I picked up my truck. They managed the line well and everyone left with a smile. They were patient with me when I asked a bunch of questions and they worked with me to figure out which size storage unit I could afford with my budget. They even let me check out the unit beforehand and remembered me when I came back 5 hours later. The entire team effort was awesome today.

Please work with the female attendant, the male was “nicety”, no one needs sarcasm when their rental is timed; customers need assistance with the online rental pickup steps, not to be told “I can’t help you if you’ve begun that process”, really? WOW! It’s too late to be angry at technology taking your job - VOTE!

The vehicle has several birds dropping on the outside of the vehicle when inspecting the vehicle for damage...But the young man was very nice to hand me my phone while in line to receive my receipt...Which I forgot... I rent uhaul frequently, however I have very bad experience in this location. The lady who checked me out was talking to me while she was eating, talking with her coworkers. I had to wait till she finished her food while she checked me out. When I asked someone to help me connect the trailer, she send the guy to buy her a drink so she asked me to connect myself. I had to do that because I was in a very need. However the person who checked me in ( when I return) was so polite and professional. Thanks you
