I must commend you on your excellent staff who are always very helpful and pleasant. However, the wait time can be long sometimes as you have to few staff at the front desk. Adequate staffing would be a great help.

I got to the store and asked the sale associate if they offered Military discount and that I have received the discount in the past. Sale associate asked his coworker and she I do not know anything about a military discount and we don't offer it. They didn't bother to ask a manager or inquire on my request. U-Haul was started/founder by a military member. Poor customer service.........need to get back to your founding.

Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful. The person who put the trailor on our car and also took it off works very hard and did the job well. The entire start of pick up and drop off was easy after a long day for us...Thank you.

Truck's radio did not work because the antenna was missing so we had a 14 hour drive w/o it.

hard to find the entrance for drop off, and phone prompts were not helpful. We had to circle several times in DC traffic, butane we got there, service was great

Staff were all friendly and helpful. The van worked fine. No complaints here!

The traffic, when ball games, is terrible. Too little employees. No good customer service.

The truck was not full of fuel at pickup, which was annotated on my contract in pen but never entered in the computer system. When I dropped the truck off elsewhere with the same level of fuel, I was charged $40 to top off the tank. Otherwise pickup was fine.

The sales women at this location were very rude to me and my boyfriend. We came 5 minutes until closing to return the truck and they turned they faces up at us, refused to help us and told us to turn the keys in at the dropbox because they were closed. I looked at my watch and it was not 5pm yet. The door was unlocked and all the sales associates were sitting at their desks. So rude. They worked Sunday, Sept 2nd 9am-5pm. I will never use this uhaul again. I am displeased with the service I received.

You could use more staff at the front desk.

The wait time was extended while they looked for the keys brought the vehicle around. The staff was very friendly and kept apologizing for the inconvenience which was nice. It made the experience bearable.

I would have the equipment sitting out ready for use upon customer arrival. Instead of having to wait for it. U never know if a customer is on a tome line and restriction. In addition, I am a Veteran and would have liked a veteran discount. All in all, excellent and most appreciative. O by the way, I would like to be considered for a commercial if you ever need a senior citizen Veteran. Would be a good idea for a Veterans Day special! Thanx!!!!

Excellent location for me (I lived in the city). There was a lot of cars and UHaul trucks parked on the side street that made leaving a tight squeeze.

I was charged for fuel when I returned the vehicle with more fuel than when I rented the vehicle.

Mileage and gas meter and inaccurate.

Staff did not do walkthrough of truck with me. Interior of cab was dirty and part of bumper was falling off. Staff seemed to have bad attitude

I'd be happy with U-Haul doing this but only if it actually works. I've tried the self pick up option twice and both times it did not work. Most recently, I tried to do an early morning move and upon arrival, was not able to get my U-Haul in time to make the move. The s. Capitol location did not reserve any equipment for pick up nor did they leave any keys in the lock box. As a result, I could not meet the Movers in time which resulted in me incurring additional moving expenses. Uhaul should consider scrapping this as an option if it is not going to work. Sounds good but hasn't worked for me yet.

What's the point of self-check-in if after I walk around the truck, I have to stand in a 12-person line to pick up my key? What a massive waste of time.
