After reserving my truck online I was sent to.a different location. Talked to customer service found a comparable truck closer to my residence and was quoted a price of $197.06 TOTAL after taxes and fees. This also included an appliance dolly and 13 blankets. Upon reviewing my credit card, I was billed $274.84 and then an additional $45.83. Im contacting the BBB if I dont receive a refund. This is theft.
