It was a great experience till Unclaimed Furniture in Batesville, Ms that handles uhauls decided to reroute my drop off location. The constant text messages they where sending me was totally uncalled for. Then I got a phone call from Mike demanding that I bring the truck to them. My trip from TX to Ms was 771 miles and I had not even made it to my destination. And still had to unload. I had called O Truck in Water Valley to tell her that we were going to be 3 days late, she was so sweet and told me not to worried about it. When I arrived at O Truck she told me Mike had rerouted me and I was going to have to take Truck all the way to Unclaimed Furniture. But my paperwork said O Truck in Water Valley. The wonderful lady at O Truck called her boss and we were able to leave it there. The moral to my story is why should I have to go through all this drama with Unclaim Furniture in the middle of a long move. O Truck is 19 miles from where I moved, why would it be OK for another dealer to reroute me without my say. And by the way O Truck is who I always deal with, she is a wonderful lady.

Was originally scheduled to pick up on Oxford MS. That was the plan but then got notification that pick up local had changed to Waterville MS. Confirmed my pickup with the lady in Waterville and she said it was 10 -15 mins from Oxford when in reality it was closer to 30 mins away. With that being said, she could not have been nicer and pick up went well
Julian WThere wasn't anything special about the location. I processed the pickup through the U-Haul app, so there was little to no onsite interaction. Pickup location was mildly inconvenient inasmuch as the location assigned by U-Haul (in a very rural setting) was ~20 miles from my designated pickup location. My experience of processing the booking, rental, pickup, drop-off, etc through the U-Haul app was stellar.
