Here is a review of our recent experience, I would say that the pick up location isn't large enough to comply with pick up protocol. The reasoning is because when you are taking photos of the sides of the truck before and after pick up/drop off you have to trespass on the neighbours property to fully get the whole truck in the screen. Also, I had booked to pick up in Burlington NOT Waterdown, Uhaul changed this on me the morning of pick up, in fact 30 minutes before. Also my drop off was supposed to be at the Rockton Berry Farm not all the way back into Waterdown. We ended up having to drive an additional 55km+ due to this change. Not to mention the time we had to take out of our already busy day to get into a different city for picking up the truck and dropping it off. The truck had what looked like a spilled drink in and around the cup holders as well the black cover for the gas cap was in the door of the drivers side. It wasn't until we filled up the gas that we noticed where it was from. In missing that cap it leaves the gas tank open to water if it were to rain. The truck itself ran well and was a perfect size/fit for our use. The lady that called us to inform us of the change in pick up location and drop off was very friend and her instructions prior to pick up although inconvenient for us was very clear.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that there is no office and I had to take the pictures before leaving with the vehicle. And when I dropped it off there was nobody there either.
