Leatrice JAround 8pm, our family van broke down while moving our son to lower Michigan. Luckily, the van broke down a few miles from this U-Haul site and we were able to use their 24/7 rental service. The on-line app is very easy to use. The in-person representative on the phone was very patient and helpful.
