I was supposed to pick up my truck at 8:00 am. Store did not open until 10:00. Didn't know I could pick it up with my app. It didn't matter as your system was down and my app didn't work. Lady at the store was fantastic as she had 3 customers and took care of all of us the best she could considering the system was down.

Jeffrey LI will not be using U-Haul ever again because of rates and will be telling people not to use these services. This service was great until the rates went sky high. I have bought a car hauler for the price of this rental. 6 months ago my rate was $224 now it’s $1000? For the same service.
