The uhauls were all parked in a muddy side lot. Probably unavoidable. I can't rate personnel because I dropped off the truck while it was closed.

I still have not received the refund of what you put a hold on
NICOLE LYou have got to make the online / app more user friendly. I tried for 45 minutes to make it work. I finally got to talk to someone and she was fantastic. I am pretty good with aps, can't imagine how hard this would be for folks who don't use them
