The picture where the truck was not accurate and it was a 19.99 truck when I booked a 29.99 truck, so I expect a refund. The phone check in and check out process is long, drawn out and over complicated.

jim N.Right at the start, personal conversation (with some inappropriate language) left me ignored for 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged. No checks were done beforehand, one of the wiper blades was half off, when it started raining, the metal was scraping on the glass. There was a warning light on the dash about the gas cap being off, and when checked was in place. I was also charged twice for the $14 dollar insurance. From start to finish, the whole experience was uncomfortable and became unsafe at points when I had to rely on broken wipers to see. Will not be returning.
