Where to pick up the u-haul could be more clear. A returned truck was parked where I was supposed to pick up my rental so that was a bit confusing but other than that, this was location was good. Easy enough

Timothy BAwesome customer service, we were running late getting the truck back the man working worked with us and was very understanding.
Jasmine SThis location was outstanding. I walked in and the owner did everything possible to assist me in a reservation. “U-haul’s” system was down. He made numerous calls to assist not only me but 2 other customers. In the process he call U-haul who gave him a back door option which did not work as well. Bottom line the owner was not at fault for my 2 hour wait to rent a trailer. In the end I used the trailer and returned it with no issue.
