Awesome customer service, we were running late getting the truck back the man working worked with us and was very understanding.
Jasmine SThis location was outstanding. I walked in and the owner did everything possible to assist me in a reservation. “U-haul’s” system was down. He made numerous calls to assist not only me but 2 other customers. In the process he call U-haul who gave him a back door option which did not work as well. Bottom line the owner was not at fault for my 2 hour wait to rent a trailer. In the end I used the trailer and returned it with no issue.
MICHAEL JThe location was fine but having to drive 25 minutes to get a dolly when the Uhaul place 5 minutes from me has one also is irritating. On my way to get the dolly uhaul said I had to use I passed the location 5 mins from me that had one available. Pretty annoying.
MICHAEL GThe uhauls were all parked in a muddy side lot. Probably unavoidable. I can't rate personnel because I dropped off the truck while it was closed.
