Had a confirmed reservation for 15 ft truck to pick up in Geneva Saturday 8 am. Got a call Friday afternoon saying truck not available - nearest truck was in Rochester an hour away. Called around and located 15 ft truck in Auburn - confirmed reservation - got a call half hour later saying truck not available. Only truck available was 10 ft in Waterloo - not really big enough to fit everything we had. A real shit show.Kathy P.

Got there and Randy told me that the truck was just returned and the people before me just dropped it off and ran. I went out to check the truck over and there was damage to it that was not marked off on the truck and the inside reeked of cigarette smoke. I went back inside and advised Randy of the issues and he told me that as far as the damage he could not make it off because he was out of stickers. He totally ignored the cigarette smell issue. I told hm that I did not want to be charged for any of the damages he told me I wouldn't and that just to tell whoever that it was already there. Got told by the police that there was a reverse light out.roy B.

The rental experience was a nightmare. I reserved a truck for early morning mobile pick up and once arriving, the app and customer service both said that there was not a truck ready for my reservation even though I had confirmation. It took 3 phone calls to customer service for them to tell me the only thing they could do was rent me a much, much bigger truck 1 hour away if I wanted it the same day or I could wait 2 hours until the location opened. No discount or deal was made. I offered to come back the next day at the same time to try again. I called this location to confirm my 2nd reservation and the guy cussed out customer service and blamed them for messing up the reservation and claimed he had no idea that the reservation was actually set for the day before. Yet again there was an issue with pick up. After calling customer service twice, they changed the price and said "sorry there's nothing else we can do." It was absolutely horrendous pick up and drop off experience with the app. I 100% do not recommend using the mobile app for pick up/drop off. Make sure you screen shot/save every single window/reservation because they change the prices in your account history.Suzanne C.
