Never send anyone there to pick up a vehicle again. Ray's listed as open, but no one was there. Phone call resulted in being told no one will be available to help us pick up the truck. We had to call U-Haul on Washington St, and he directed us to someone at corporate who helped us unlock a lock box for the key.

You not have to down load an app to rent a vehicle. That’s dumb. There was no one there when I went to pickup the truck. Only a phone number. The man was rude. U-Haul really should work on customer service, relation,

ISRAEL RThe owner Tim was rude and didn’t clean the U-Haul prior to me using it. Which I tried to tell him and he said I was lying even when there was photo evidence. I would never recommend him as a repair shop or u haul dealer.
