WILLIAM WIt was great. I was a little confused about the check-in and all of that stuff at first online. However the seats had rips in them which I did take a photo of and there was some damage to the truck. But we did take photos and other than that it was great.
Kimberly LOne of the tires was completely bald but it wasn’t evident upon pickup due to snow. I had to get roadside assistance to replace the tire because I was concerned for safety. It is clear that the tire needed to be replaced for some time, even before the snow hit.
