How U-Haul Reviews WorkI tried to do everything online. No one ever got in contact with me. I called & left a VM, still no return call. If my BIL wasn't from Watertown I don't think we would have spoken with a person. They know the app isnt reliable. Yet the were able to use my credit card to charge me easy enough. I think the success I had was due more to my BIL than Uhaul.
