How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe fact that there isn't a person to talk to makes this process extremely difficult to both rent the truck and to return it. Also, the truck that I got was very unpleasant to drive, I don't know if the suspension was shot but it was bouncing up and down the road like crazy the entire drive.
Ahria VBob was great to work with at Freight Patrol LLC. I tired calling into your system after dropping off trailer and got an extremely rude and arrogant man on the 414#. Wanted to explain why I dropped off at 2032 airport Road, and he argued with me I was wrong and keep cutting me off then eventually hung up on me.
Kevin DIt was as not location but had to wait 45 minutes since truck was not there. Outhouse was not so nice to use but the concept of having to drive 30 minutes to pick it up when I reserved the truck during week. Uhual didnt care . Customer service is not great at all. Also dropping it off I could have dropped it off 4 minutes instead had to go 15 minutes at night .
tom hThe drop off location did not require me to check in with personnel and there was not anyone to check in with as this is also a truch repair shop location and they were closed at the time. The drop off feature on the mobile app made it easy to check my truck in. Had I had a problem I would have reached out to customer service.
