It was as not location but had to wait 45 minutes since truck was not there. Outhouse was not so nice to use but the concept of having to drive 30 minutes to pick it up when I reserved the truck during week. Uhual didnt care . Customer service is not great at all. Also dropping it off I could have dropped it off 4 minutes instead had to go 15 minutes at night .

The drop off location did not require me to check in with personnel and there was not anyone to check in with as this is also a truch repair shop location and they were closed at the time. The drop off feature on the mobile app made it easy to check my truck in. Had I had a problem I would have reached out to customer service.
DULCINEA LFirst off no one was there during their posted hours to check me in. I could not get the reservation to check in through the app. After messing with that for 20 min I took the trailer then returned it and called the UHAUL 1800 number. He said the trailers are not supposed to be self dispatched. OK. No one was there. I let them know I returned it back to the same place and could not get the app to work. I get a call this morning from a lady who was basically yelling at me telling me I cannot self dispatch like I'm supposed to know that and its my fault. Once again no one was there at 11:00 which is during their posted hours and the time my reservation was. Frankly I shouldn't have been charged for the rental due to all the B.S. I had to go through and the fact the lady was yelling at me. The yard was muddy and all the moving parts like the rachet part of the strap barely moved. Good thing I had some wd40 in my truck.
Kevin LThere was no one there and I could not do the return myself because of poor cell service. I had to call and they selected the wrong return location and caused an additional charge of over $400 on my bank account.
Daniel YI was very disappointed that I reserved a 20 foot truck, then received a call from U-Haul that I was getting a 26 foot truck which is not what I originally asked for then I called back. They put me in a 20 foot truck and the day before I was to pick up, I called to confirm my reservation and then I was placed in a 15 foot truck and I was not very happy because I had to make two trips instead of having the the 20’ foot truck and could’ve got my move done in one trip. So I was not happy with the situation of somebody kept changing my request for my move so it was very disappointing. On that aspect, but the U-Haul facility where I picked up were very kind.
