Mark L.No one was there. Tried website and again frustration. Finally it said to drop key in box and a representative would call me. No one called. When I checked my credit card it showed a charge for $2.20 and one for $269.50. The receipt they sent was only for the $2.20. No receipt or explanation for the amount. I was quoted $197.00 from the gentleman in Windsor when I rented the truck. The waynesboro place won't answer the phone and their voicemail is full. Yesterday the sign on the door said they closed at eleven but at eleven o one they were gone. Another gentleman had gotten there before eleven and they were gone. I have used uhaul in the past and was very pleased. But my experience this time has turned me away from ever using them again.
