I was under the assumption that a rental period was 24 hours from pickup. I was charged 2 rental periods for using equipment for 23 hours. It sort of blew my budget for this particular use.

NOREEN RThis comment isn’t about the location, but rather the self service check in procedure. I have rented many U-Hauls over the years and done so from the same online account. During the check in, I had to provide a reference person to verify my identity. For returning users this step just slows down the process and is not necessary.
JOHN DThe front tires on the van were low. The cabin of the van had mud all over it and garbage on the floor. The van ran good and was exactly what I needed at the time.
