I was supposed to do a ride share and get reimbursed. That did not happen due to pickup dates not correlated with my rental time. Wasted 2hrs of driving to not pick up anything.

Easy to access and great location
Stephanie WPick up took hour twenty minutes, worse experience ever n cost me 300 extra $ due fact check on took 4 calls to a customer representative to get me checked in the U-Haul was behind the gate that nobody had a code for I had to call to get the code for I was an hour and 20 minutes there I was three hours late getting to my destination and I had to pay $300 for help who sat and waited three hours for me to get there all because U-Haul messed up everything and I want a full refund and I’m going to send my bill for my help $300 lost todaymy
