Pick up took hour twenty minutes, worse experience ever n cost me 300 extra $ due fact check on took 4 calls to a customer representative to get me checked in the U-Haul was behind the gate that nobody had a code for I had to call to get the code for I was an hour and 20 minutes there I was three hours late getting to my destination and I had to pay $300 for help who sat and waited three hours for me to get there all because U-Haul messed up everything and I want a full refund and I’m going to send my bill for my help $300 lost todaymy
