There was little to no mobile phone signal, and they wanted my driver's license uploaded. The check out process took nearly an hour. We had to put the trailer on the truck. The trailer was so heavy the two of us couldn't lift it. Fortunately, the person at the location helped and we got it hooked up. The trailer lights plug was caked in mud. I cleaned it off, but it did cause a trailer light malfunction on my truck on the way back. Next rental will be at a U-Haul center.

ROGER GCashier didn’t have code to truck or password to access the business UHaul account. She was alone at the store and tried to call the owner, who did not respond. It took 45 minutes to get the keys to the truck. We were coming in from out of town and driving one way, so this reservation was our only option in a very rural area. Locations need better trained and informed staff to help customers.
