Brock PI did after hour drop off No personel
PAMELA KI was given a truck larger than I needed and I was made to pick it up in Idaho as opposed to Oregon. Both of these things cost me more money than I intended. If I had been allowed to pick it up in Oregon I wouldn't have been charged tax. If I had received a 10-ft truck and not a 15 I would have saved hundreds of dollars in gas. So overall I likely won't be using U-Haul again
