Krista MThe only issue I had was not being able to verify my information prior to renting truck Had pick up time for 7am and customer service doesnt open til 9am had to wait 2 hours to get rental which was a inconvenience
Sade MIt didnt have much gas in the uhaul. It was complicated trying to get in the lock box to get the key
