Please check my account for details of my drop-off. We took the U-haul where we were instructed to drop off--it was the evening BEFORE it was due. We had no cell service there and tried to check it in, then, the next morning (still two hours before it was due). We were unable to "turn in" via the app, and we called the number provided. There began the circus. We called the drop-off number personally, the 3 women I spoke with for U-haul also tried to call them. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. They had never turned it in as received!! I was cc'd in a complaint to the District Manager -- STILL have never received ONE WORD regarding this problem. I never received a confirmation of receipt of the truck, but my card was finally charged the actual amount...STILL NO COMMENT FROM U-HAUL. I have never been less impressed with the administration of a national business in my life. Communication is KEY and would have solved whatever glitch your system encountered with this situation.
