1) I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way to pick up the truck. Apparently there was no truck at the location I requested. 2) Keith, the guy at the pick up site, didn't know how to get me the keys in the locked box and had me call U-Haul. The lady on the phone said she couldn't fix the problem on line and her boss could help either. She was so nervous that she laughed repeatedly. 3) it took Keith over an hour to finally call the secretary to take pics of my driver's license front and back and take my credit card information 4) btw, the secretary complained about having to leave her son's baseball game 5) my wife and kids waited on the car outside; both kids are autistic and waiting outside for over an hour was extremely hard for them THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
Kevin GKeith, Jennifer and family were extremely helpful! The truck was very clean and they took the time to double check the oil since I was driving from Western New York to Texas. I also rented a trailer to bring my dad's car back to Texas and was wicked nervous about it but Keith was very helpful with getting that set up and reminding me to check the webbing along the way and to remember to undo the chains before unloading. The truck and trailer handled great the entire trip!
