I was charged for 5 extra miles. I only drove it 57 miles. Two gallons of gas ?! Really? It was only $16 so it’s not the money it’s the principle. I guess I should have measured the gas I put in more accurately when I refueled it . I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve rented plenty of trucks. Maybe I’ll have consider other options the next time. This was also an after hours drop off so the location didn’t do anything but bill me for these things.

I put $15 of gas before returning it was the exact same as when I picked it up. If you want $13 I hope it was worth me never saying a good thing about your store

Oscar MJosh was great when I initially picked up. Unfortunately, I had to return the nicer truck because it would not fit in my driveway. I went back to switch to a 20 ft truck and the general manager helped me. He would not get up out of his chair to even point to the new truck assigned. He said I will see it out there. I was just happy to get into something and drove home in a much older pretty dirty truck with high mileage to drive 1700 miles. Halfway through packing I noticed that some of the damage from previous renters was actually a hole into the cargo area. It was too late to unpack and get another truck. Some of our belongings got wet. It was a long drive and the truck was not great for a long haul. No way to hook up a phone, the steering was very loose, it was sticky, and I had to clean the inside of the windshield.
