You can make the process easier to check in and check out. Its 10 degrees out and you have multiple people out in the cold doing extra unnecessary steps. It made the experience terrible plus having nowhere to park not even for a few minutes. Although the place was closed there was still staff there offering no help or directions.

Katherine BU-Haul people were great , fast check-in got me the right vehicle so there was no hassle getting it out of the parking lot. I needed to extend it for a day. They took care of it over the phone no issues upon return again fast check-in overall an excellent experience.
