First your web site was hard to work with. I realize that at 70 I'm not good with web sites but still some improvement is needed. I was on my way to the first location when I got a call telling me they wouldn't be open that day. Once I got there everything was good. Customer service was good, good van, made my move good.

Rental and return went very quick and efficient

SHELLY NThe lady at the counter was rude. They didn’t have a dolly that I had reserved in advance. They forgot to put the pin in the trailer and I ended up just returning the trailer and not using it because it was such a bad experience.
SCOTT BThe location was convenient to where I live. The staff were great. Access to the lot was a little tricky. If you were not experienced with a trailer it could be a little tricky.
