The location didn’t feel like a U haul location. I feel like the office did not have the U-Haul service representative atmosphere. They didn’t really care that the U-Haul app did not work or know how to help. They just gave me the keys and said the website is always not working and that was it. I had no way to connect my app to locate at pick up to take pictures. So I just left hoping for the best. I think I would have had a better experience at an official U-Haul location.

Bradly PI booked a trailer but when I showed up, the trailer was damaged. The staff was polite, but this did cause me some delay and I had to go to another location.
