AC only worked on low, which was dissapointing since the weather was around 100 degrees between the two locations we moved to. The traction control auto engaged every time you hit a bump in the road and so it would not work 75% of the time over 900 miles of driving. This was frustrating and should be working accurately. Even the parking brake warner light came on for a couple of hours at a time. The truck had a "limiter" of ony 76 miles per hour which was a joke traveling freeways with 80 MPH speed limits. These items should have been flushed out previosly, I feel like there should be some sort of credit from a $1300 initial payment plus another $600 in extra fees. The truck was overall clean but the windows (front and side) had not been washed at all. Had to stop and fix this as well.

This was not the original drop off location. The drop off location originally stated after hours. I ended up driving half way across the salt lake valley to drop it off at the M1 Auto. Very inconvenient, ultimately costing me two hours of my busy evening and extra gas and milage on my vehicle. M1 Auto was closed so I had no contact .
Konnie LThis isn’t for M1, but U-Haul as a whole. If you’re going to change the reservation to a pickup with the app, say that in the emails! I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off because there were no instructions at all and I had to call 3 different numbers for someone to tell me that.
Hayden RThe location didn’t feel like a U haul location. I feel like the office did not have the U-Haul service representative atmosphere. They didn’t really care that the U-Haul app did not work or know how to help. They just gave me the keys and said the website is always not working and that was it. I had no way to connect my app to locate at pick up to take pictures. So I just left hoping for the best. I think I would have had a better experience at an official U-Haul location.
