The whole process was frustrating. I had a van reserved at a location close to my home. While driving there, I received a phone call stating the van had not yet be returned and the location for pick up had been changed. It was across town, which added an additional 16 miles because I had to go back and forth four times due to the moving I was doing. To be charged for the extra mileage is unreasonable when the circumstances had nothing to do with me. I don't understand why a location closer to my home wasn't offered, even if it meant using a different vehicle. M1 was great though, I have no complaints with them.

HEATH HLocation is terrible and the staff have no clue what they are doing. There are no designated areas that suggest where you will be dropping off your trailer. There were dogs roaming around inside so maybe if you want a rental vehicle and a place to watch your dog this is the place for you.
