GERALD PRequested an appliance dolly specifically because I’m disabled and needed this dolly to make it easier. Was only given a very small utility dolly. Pickup was on a Sunday so I couldn’t get a replacement. When I turned the truck back in, they removed the charge for the appliance dolly I didn’t get.
