I went to pick up my truck at that location. It was not there. We had to go to another location in a van. Then when we went there, it was being blocked by another U-Haul truck then we had to go back to the location and get the key for the U-Haul truck then go back and get my truck out of the yard. I had this reserved for two months and the truck should've been there ready for me to pull off, I would never use this location again. They are very unprofessional. I would like a full refund, please.
