I ordered dollies, coverings for furniture and NOTHING was available! The location is horrible. Inside a run-down convenient store is a bad choice for a moving service. The Belvedere location was worst!

I had to drive an additional 20 miles because you change my pick up location... on the way to my move I passed a location less than 1 mile front m my original pick up spot ... costing 20 extra mile s and $15 more in gas usage ...
Michael RThey intentionally and dishonestly tried to charge me extra day fees when I returned the truck much earlier in the day yet refused to give me a receipt. They then fabricated a mileage number to charge me even more. I took photos. I called U-Haul (central) who will be reversing the additional charges and hopefully there will be disciplinary actions against this location and they should no longer be affiliated with the company.
Jeff PCustomer service was excellent. They actually came outside while I was backing the trailer up and unhitched it for me. Was that before I could even get out of the truck very very great location..
