The truck wasn't easily accessible to get to or drive off the lot due to cluttered junk cars around it and there were not enough dollies as I requested for the job. I requested 2 dollies and they only had 1.

Floyd B.the pickup time was 3 hours later than what I reserved online and truck size that i reserved online was not available when I got there to pick up the truck. and the dolly i paid for was not in the truck. what i reserved online and actually received completely different. inconvenienced all the way around. wont use or recommend uhaul to anyone
