The instructions for picking up the van were located on a pole in the corner of the parking lot tucked among the bushes. The instructions were not clear and did not advise the customer to go into the store for help. We followed the instructions on the pole using the app and were unable to complete due maybe to poor internet. Finally, after about 15 minutes, someone from the store saw us and came out to assist. Once we were inside all the information was uploaded and everything went okay. We were given the key and told to use the app to upload pictures. It was a very frustrating experience and we were thankful it was still light out and not raining. There needs to be more customer support at this location and clear instructions on the pole to go into the store for human help. We won't be using this location again.

JIM LLow pressure indicator was on the entire time. Took extra time to try and fill the tire up but after 20 minutes and still not enough pressure being put in tire we assumed the gauge wasn’t correct and went on our way.
