Unfortunately, the internet was down at this location which resulted in a U-Haul representative having to manually re-enter all my information over the phone. It was a lengthy process, between waiting on the internet and duplicating the info, it took over 2 hours.

We had to go to westcliffe to pick up the trailer and wasn’t supposed to be that way because I scheduled to pick it up in Salida. That was a two hour drive and very inconvenient whe. I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance
