This was my first experience with moving and I will definitely use uhaul for the remainder of my moving my crew had a few hiccups getting started but I was and am completely satisfied with all that we encountered . The truck we had rented J1212 had some concerning issues that I strongly suggest be sought after for maintenance it shook horribly empty from pickup and again after unloaded possibly the shocks as well as squeaky brakes on the front lots of brake dust and the tread on the outside of the drivers side tire worn smooth possibly shocks and or alignment all just suggested

My truck was dirty inside and out, ramp was broken and would not come out, truck developed an electronic problem so cruise would not work( I understand you could not have anticipated this problem) overall I have had better experiences with your company when renting trucks in the past
