jeannette B.I'm not sure who messed up, but I asked for 7 days and the contract was written for 6, but I received a confirmation for 7. When I didn't return the truck after 6 days, even though I called Westcliffe Petro and told them I needed the truck until Tuesday, U-Haul called and accused me of stealing their truck and threatened legal action. I spent about 3 hours trying to straighten it out, instead of unloading. Then, when I returned the truck, Westcliffe Petro called U-Haul abut the changes and they wouldn't back up what I had been told and confirmed by email. The result was, I got charged for 2 extra days, 2days insurance, plus taxes, instead of one day. Overall, I find the dealers very reputable, but U-Haul company as a very poor company to rent from, thus I will not bother to rent from them again and will pass along the word to others.
