Only "game in town" of which I'm aware. Very handy for our requirements.

The manager was exceedingly rude. Everyone else was fine, but his attitude warrants a complaint.

The staff needs more educating.

I would recommend this location but every time I use this location they always downsize me. That's the only bad thing. Twice it has happened to me.

Westcliffe petroleum operates a Uhaul rental with professionalism second to none. Thank you Russ and team.

was very helpful in helping me choose the right truck then was so quick with the paper work and got me on my way with no stress it was great

It was really nice to be able to drop off in Westcliffe, and avoid having to return to Canon City/Pueblo after a long and tiring day of moving.

Have employees watch the YouTube about hooking up your trailer.

I'm very annoyed that upon returning the trailer ~1 hour late I was charged an entire additional day. That is bullshit!

I was treated well I did this as a one way trip but if uhaul came up with a plan when a customer goes 90 miles you get the return trip free of milage fees as I had to come back to Cripple Creek but it was cheaper to have my wife follow and leave it in West Cliff.

When the truck's information system states it needs an oil change the service area where it is located should change the oil before it is released to the public. Plus, I had the service man check the oil and it was a quart low, he did put in a quart for me but I HAD TO PAY FOR IT - I could not believe this!! He stated I could get my money back when I turn it in, which I did, but it needed an oil change and then I had to pay for the quart before I even left the rental location - unbelieveable....................

New truck friendly staff and big parking and convenient gaz station plus mecanic all in one

Person we dealt with was rude, possibly racially motivated as our driver was black.

Auto Transport Pricey, Want to buy my own.

Everything was good and perfect. They even got me a place to do my shuttle.

The check in process was onerous and redundant since I had supplied all that information in the advance check in online. The blankets I had ordered were not ready. I rented on a cool Colorado morning and did not have need for the Air Conditioning at that time. After we spent 12 hours loading and started our trip to Tucson, I note the AC is not working...not good when you are travleing for 2 days in 100 degree was brutal and unsatisfactory. Also the radiator amber light came on shortly after we left. Stopped and had a mechanic check...water level in the resevoir was full and the temperture stayed in the 190 mid possible bad light. I would have never rented if had known there was no aircondiioning for an 800 mile very hot sweaty trip, but after it was loaded...I'm trapped. Seems there should be a little better check out process before renting faulty and misadvertised equipment. Just an awful experience. I think I deserve some compensation.
