First, the pickup location was almost an hour away from where we thought we'd be picking up. OK. When we arrived, the guy seemed pleasant enough (let us know this was a 3rd gig and he was doing other jobs); but, he become annoyed with US when the "upload your photos" link didn't work correctly. There was a discrepancy between the stated fuel and what the gauge was showing. He said, "Just take a picture and leave. You've been here too long already." As if I were not already eager to go, since we lost so much time to travel (UHaul kindly gave us an extra day to compensate, thank you). Picture does the customer no good, as the return location explained -- they go by what their system says. As a result, I ended up donating quite a bit of gas (Originally said "222 mi to E," returned with "273 mi to E" and was STILL charged $13.49 when I returned the truck. Thanks, buddy, sorry you were too busy to attend fully to your duties with UHaul.

Fix your app it is slow and sluggish and non-responsive
Jeffrey STruck was available half an hour late. Location had no cell service so couldn’t upload photos.
Mariellyn GDid not meet anyone there and weren't sure about where specifically to drop off. It was a large parking lot so there was plenty of room. Again, the instruction on the app were easy to follow and explained everything with clarity.
James BNoone was there,so I never meet them.
