Roscoe SCame out to meet me when I dropped the truck off. Friendly reception.
Matt AI did not see in the email confirmation that the pickup time was limited and must be completed through the app only, not an in person office. We arrived at 11:45 for our 11:00 pickup and had to call to reset the pickup time. On that call, the rep did not mention that the app was down/slow so we might have trouble finishing the pickup process on the app. I had to call AGAIN minutes later to find out why I wasn't able to submit pictures to complete the check-in process. That rep said they were having trouble with the app running slow so if we had the keys already, we were good to go. Overall, it was NOT a smooth process, the expectations were not clearly spelled out in the confirmation email, and we left frustrated.
