Customer service at this location is beyond exceptional I would definitely rent from them again if I need a U-Haul. Great care for their customers moment you walk through those doors.
ENOW Tpick up after hours was a major issue due to the app not working. poor communication about what to do if issues arise. the key would NOT start the ignition which was reported at drop-off over the phone. TWICE i had this problem and it took about 10 tries each time with the ignition being “locked “ and not turning for it to work. the miles per gallon stayed on “almost “ red and red which means very poor gas mileage in the city and on the interstate. The site needs to communicate with renters better on how to pick up the truck as i arrived early to get to my destination in time but eas still 17 mins late due to getting the truck keys and starting the vehicle. not happy customer and i’ve rented from u-haul all my life and im older. first time pick up when the store was closed. this was all discussed in detail with a person on site when i called the next morning.
