Horrible customer service experience!! The owner at the Westminster, MD location was not a pleasant person to deal with! When I expressed concerns he became defensive, not responsive in a timely manner when I requested for a truck rental quote. Overall, he was extremely difficult to deal with! I even tried to call another MD location, but they referred me back to the same Westminster location bc they said since I live in the Carroll County, I have to go through him to rent the UHaul truck.
