The boxes were delivered to our 1st location in MD on trailers. We asked if they would be placed with a forklift as was explained to us, we were told no, they had to stay on the trailers. We had even uploaded pics of the driveway with an explanation of where we wanted them placed. We were able to make it work since the driveway was big enough but it wasn’t what was planned. Furthermore, the man who I spoke to when trying to confirm the pickup time for the loaded boxes was extremely rude.He did not pick up the boxes on the date we had scheduled. They were picked up the following day. The people we spoke to for our NC delivery were much friendlier and the boxes were delivered on time and placed right where we needed them. The empty boxes were also picked up on the date we had requested. The movers that helped us in MD did a good job except they put a heavy miter saw on top of something and it fell while in transit and damaged the wood panel of our buffet hutch. I would rate the gentleman in MD as poor. His attitude was very condescending. Everyone else we dealt with were very helpful, professional and friendly. Especially the people that dropped off and picked up the boxes in NC.
