The trailer was in functional (yet visually slightly distressed) condition when I came to pick it up. It was ready for me when I was ready for it, and Rick was quick with the paperwork processing. Drop-off after my time with the trailer was simple too. No issues to speak of, just really wish I could get this trailer from the U-Haul rental just 2 miles from my house instead of one that's 25 minutes away.
