The truck had extremely bad brakes and the left mirror kept sliding off and dangling. I was stressing the whole time driving that truck.

MATTHEW WI signed up for a truck online and stopped by this location to confirm as it is close to my home. Turns out I had reserved a truck from a different location with a similar address by mistake. They were able to switch my reservation to the correct location while I waited. They were also able to register a second driver just by sending them a text, it was very simple and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.
